Main Terminal / Concourses at Wilkes-Barre Scranton AVP Airport
The passenger terminal at Wilkes-Barre Scranton Airport has three levels and a concourse. Coming from the parking garage or lot you enter the lower level, then take the escalator up to first level which has to the right ticket counters, & baggage loading and screening, and to the left the arrivals area with information desk and baggage claim area. The Arrivals area also includes Customs & Immigration offices and the turboprop boarding area.
The second level is the departure level which has to the left a restaurant, a few concessions, the Pocono Club & Business Center, and the security checkpoint leading to the jet boarding area and gates 3 to 8.
