My brother will be traveling from houston to el paso texas on march 1. He is currently a patient at MD Anderson hospital and will be finishing his radiation treatment. Are wheel chair available at the entrance of the airport so that my brother can be taken to the departing gate? He is not able to walk on long distance.
You will need to contact his airline to request wheelchair service and note that he will need it at the entrance.
I am sailing out of Houston and flying home from Hobby on 2/5/17. That is Superbowl Sunday. I need to be off the ship by 10am and have an 11am shuttle bringing me to Hobby. I'm expecting to be there for 12:00. My flight is at 5:30pm. Would I be able to check in at that time? With luggage I don't really have anywhere to go plus with the area being busy with SuperBowl Sunday, I'm not sure I will be able to get around the area easily. Thank you.
Yes, if you are flying Southwest you will be able to check-in then.
I can check in 5 hours before the flight? Awesome. Thank you.
How far are the domestic gates from the new Hobby International terminal? Is 1 hour long enough to make this connection? I can't find a map on the new International terminal. I think I'll be arriving at gate 23 and departing from gate 2, both on Southwest.
HOU is still a small airport. The new International gates are in the same terminal as the rest of the gates. 1 hour should be enough time.
I have a 6am flight. How early is the terminal open at Hobby airport?
Security will probably open around 5.
Worse taxi service there is --always late and costs you your flight. Avoid at all costs.
Lost my cell phone and I just want to say thank you for letting my sister know that you all have my cell phone it was very nice of you letting my sister know.
do they close the gate area after a certain time at night?
If you booked a flight which departs or arrives late night/ very early morning - gates will be open. You can also call your airline to make sure.
A phone number would help. Lost a bag of souvenirs from Las Vegas, wedding DVD and camera at airport parking garage.
I agree - not easy to find: IAH Lost and Found office tel: 281 230-3299 or send an email to has.iahlost@houstontx.gov. I would also try the parking number: 713-641-7770. Hope you succeed.
It would be nice to have a phone number under the Lost and Found section instead of saying that there is an information booth located in the main baggage area. We may not be in town.
