Elevators/Access to Check InFeb 13, 201201I flew out of Hobby this morning on JetBlue flight 620. The courtesy van from the auto rental company dropped me off at "Arrivals", which meant that I had to deal with two wheeled bags to get upstairs to check in with my airline. If there is any directional information for elevators, it is well hidden. I have a hidden handicap, and nearly fell down the escalator when I was trying to get my two bags on the escalator. Current access at Hobby is EXTREMELY dangerous! It is difficult for me to accept that the dangers involved in the "improvements" being made to the airport were well planned.baskweresposted on Mon, Feb 13[ Reply ]1 person likes this post [ Like ]

Disabled passengerJan 23, 201201I drpped my 83 year old father at passenger drop off. A young african-american that was sitting there in a chair said he would take him to the boarding area. He did not. He wheeled him to the lobby and then left him there. He almost missed his flight with Southwest. This was on 01/19.12 at about 7pm. I was told by Southwest that he would be wheeled to the boarding area from passenger drop off. What kind of aitrport are you running there?jkturner745posted on Mon, Jan 231 person likes this post [ Like ]
