Yakima Air Terminal - McAllister Field YKM serves Washington State's  greater Yakima Valley.  The Airport is located three miles south of downtown Yakima, between Mt. Rainier National Park to the west and the Columbia River to the South and is accessible to closeby Interstate Hw 82 (Exit 110), which runs north to I-90. The Airport is owned by the City and County of Yakima.
Horizon Air (tel. 1-800-547-9308) provides daily flights to/from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) onboard the 76 seat Bombardier Q400 highspeed turboprop.

The passenger terminal at Yakima Airport has in the lobby Budget & Hertz rental car desks, and in the baggage claim area and concourse vending machines for drinks and snacks.

Both long- and short-term parking is located directly adjacent to the terminal building (first 20 minutes free). Also, there are six metered short-term passenger pick-up and drop-off spaces on the circle drive in front of the terminal building--you need a quarter for every 15 minutes.

To get from the Airport to your destination, you can rent a car or take a taxi. Taxis are available in front of the terminal or from the kiosk.
