    The integrated Terminal at ZRH has Concourses A, B,, & E. While Concourse /Gates B/D are to the left, Concourse /Gates A are to the right, while the Skymetro takes you to Satellite Concourse /gates E. On arrival you need to go through 'non-Schengen' passport check before proceeding to your gate. Your time is very tight, but doable.

    There is no map that shows where the stores/restaurants/hotels are actually located. Or at least I can't find one.

    Yes, the maps are poor. Either it is a small airport or poor maps.
