This is the central location for information and customer service at Zurich Airport, including baggage storage, safe-deposit boxes, cloakroom (coat-check) service, parking services (deposit of company parking cards, car keys etc.), sale of airport vouchers, reservation of hotel rooms and tourism services, courier and copy services, concerts tickets, rental and repair of baby strollers and child car seats as well as rental of bicycles and inline skates. Open daily 6am-11:30pm.

(a) Showers:
Service Center offers the first public access to showers at CHF 15.00. Price includes a towel and a shower gel; open daily 6am-10 pm.

(b) Recreational Rentals:
The Service Center offers Bicycle rental for men, women and children; helmet included; Rental of inline skates for men, women and children, protective equipment included. Rental of Nordic Walking sticks in adjustable sizes. You can also buy some of these items.

(c) Rental and repair of baby strollers and child car seats
The Service Center offers Rental & repair of baby strollers and child car seats.

Dnata Switzerland's Special Assistance desk
Special assistance for travelling unattended minors/children, disabled persons or first-time travelers. They will be assisted and/or accompanied up to the aircraft's entrance. Dnata Switzerland's Special Assistance desk is located at check-in 2. Stop by and ask for their special assistance.

Swiss Railway Travel Centerwill furnish you with their time-tables and fees, as well as tickets. Inquire as to the status of the Glatt Valley Rapid Transit (under construction).

VIP Service
Escorting business executives, foreign dignitaries, VIPs/CIPs, scientists, pop-culture and sports idols, etc. to and from the aircraft, swiftly and discreetly. It also arranges for transportation, lounge service and functions and events in the Conference Center, in a range of facilities at the airport, or in the VIP lounge. Family/Child/Baby Services - Zurich Airport is one of the few airports in the world to offer staffed nurseries/playrooms in the departure zones at Gates A and E. They provide a space for children to play and have fun, and a quiet place for parents and babies. However, at least one person must be on hand to watch the children.
Service is free and available to all passengers from any airline. There is a well-trained staff of childcare providers proficient in languages to ensure that guests both large and small are well looked after. They can also provide flight information, help with minor problems and arrange medical care.

Rooms for Rent Clean, simply furnished rooms (single, double or triple) located in the transit area beyond passport control:
For long stopovers or overnight stay available 24/7, with shower facilities. Located at end of Dock A, close to Gates 80-89. Gates 80-89. Services include:
TV-room with kitchen and reading corner; wake-up call; adjustable air-conditioning; towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, various personal care products (some personal care products for sale); complimentary coffee/tee; Shoe cleaning machine; snack machine; INTERNET ACCESS right outside dayrooms, telephone cards available.

There is a Post Office on airport premises.
Pets are not allowed at the airport, provided they are working dogs or are in a secure kennel. If you are traveling to another country, you may want to contact its embassy as to their individual regulations regarding shots and documentation. Or contact:
