Lost & Found

If your item wasn’t found at our terminals, it may have been found on an aircraft or on public transport. Here are some additional contact details to help you find your lost property. Airlines - Contact your airline for lost and delayed baggage, or if you have left something on board an aircraft. Sydney Trains - For any items left on the train. Taxi - If you left something in a taxi, you should contact the relevant taxi company directly.

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements. If you are taking your pet out of the country, contact the embassy of the country of your destination.


Smoking is not permitted inside of the terminal, however there is a designated smoking area within terminal 1 (before customs) at the terrace bar and brasserie (just near check out counter C departures).

If you choose to smoke outside our terminals please be mindful of the comfort of others and do so away from doorways and public waiting areas.
