Lost & Found
Lost property found within the international terminal can be claimed from our lost property office. The lost property office, which can be found using our airport maps, is located at the eastern end of the International Terminal, exit Door 1 of the International Terminal and turn left.
Our office is for business hours only (8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday) except for in urgent circumstances (owner about to depart on flight or leave airport) so if you wish to claim property outside these hours you will need to use the intercom at the reception door and someone will come and help you. You will be given a reference number for your property which you must bring with you upon collection along with some photo ID. You can send someone on your behalf but must specify this person prior to picking up the items.
