The baggage claim on the ground level is for arrivals and can be used for meeters & greeters. There are also information and rental car counters, as well as outside transportation available on this level.

Luggage cart dispensers are located throughout both Terminals. Dispensers are equipped to accept credit cards.
Skycap service is located on the upper level to assist with baggage. They also provide curbside check-in and transport disabled individuals by wheelchair to and from aircraft gates. A modest tip is expected.
