Items left behind at CLT Airport are turned in to different agencies depending on where they were found. Please complete and submit the Lost & Found Reporting Form so the Airport can better assist you in locating your lost item(s). If in doubt, please contact each agency individually. Smoking
Charlotte/Douglas International is a "smoke free" facility like all other City-owned facilities in Charlotte. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the Airport except for some leased areas that may have designated smoking areas such as bars and lounges. All designated smoking areas have been improved with enhanced air circulation.
