Getting Around MSN Airport
MSN Airport features a single concourse with 16 gates, facilitating an easy navigation experience. The terminal is structured to allow straightforward access from the check-in area to the gates. All amenities and gates are located within this single concourse, which simplifies your movement inside the airport.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The Madison Dane County Airport has one security checkpoint located on the main terminal's second floor. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening and other pre-flight procedures. Global Entry Locations
MSN Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, there are several Global Entry Enrollment Centers located within driving distance of the airport. These include the Milwaukee Enrollment Center, the Chicago Enrollment Center, and the Minneapolis Enrollment Center. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an appointment for an in-person interview at an Enrollment Center.

Baggage Claim Areas
Madison Dane County Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the main terminal. Baggage from all arriving flights is delivered to these areas. Passengers are advised to check the flight information display screens to determine which baggage claim area to proceed to. Baggage carts are available for use in the baggage claim areas.
