Inter-Terminal Shuttles
The Special Needs Shuttle at MSP is a courtesy transportation option between terminals for customers with mobility challenges. The shuttle is provided as an alternative to the courtesy Light Rail Transit system for people with accessibility challenges, elderly people, families with young children or others with special needs. The van is equipped with a wheelchair lift. This free service is available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. departing approximately every 20 minutes. At Terminal 2-Humphrey, the shuttle picks up and drops off passengers on the ground level of the Purple Ramp. At Terminal 1-Lindbergh, passengers are dropped off and picked up at the Ground Transport Center one level up from Level T. Look for overhead signs directing you to shuttles.
