The passenger terminal at Nantes Airport is divided into four halls on the ground level. From left to right are Halls 1, 2 & 3 , while a connector from Hall 3 leads southward to Hall 4. The ground level also includes a baggage claim and check-in, while the departure lounges and gates are on the upper floor.
- Hall 1 to the left is the Arivals hall with information counter, cafe & food & drink
- Hall 2 houses a cafe, gift shop, ticket dispenser, news stand, arline counters, with access to the boarding area.
- Hall 3 houses first aid station, baby-care; cafe, food & drink, and acces to gates 21-53 (north) and to Hall 4
- Hall 4 (houses baggage service, Arrival 4, and access to departure gates 61-65.
Outside of the terminal in the center you find taxi & bus stands, and across from Hall2 rental cars & service voiturier.

The ground level has a Reception Counter / Information Desk (tel. 02 40 84 8000) which also takes messages for passengers and receives lost property.
Wireless internet connection is available in all Airport areas – the necessary pass can be purchased at the Relay Store, Hall 2.
The post office is in Hall 2 near the Relay store.
Baby change Room / First Aid station is in Hall 3 (tel: 33 (0) 24 084 8418).
Conference rooms for rent are available in various sizes and ambiances.
Other amenities and services include food & drink and retail concessions; a self-service CIO bank, foreign currency exchange and a few ATM cash machines.
