Lost & Found

Lost Baggage:  Baggage handling from check-in to baggage claim are the airline's responsibility - contact your airline directly. Unclaimed baggage will be turned over to the Materials Management Department after 48 hours.

All agencies located at the Airport  are to deliver all unclaimed items to the Duty Terminal Manager, where they will be deposited at Lost & Found after making appropriate record entries, and are being released to claimant after proper identifying documentation;  and, if unclaimed, will be disposed of after 90 days.

Pets are not allowed at any of the CSIA Terminals, unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements. If you take your pet out of the country, contact the embassy of your destination for their regulations.


Smoking is not permitted within any of CSIA's terminals.
