Tallinn Airport has one passenger terminal, with separate Schengen and non-Schengen passenger lounges.  Level 0 houses Border, Customs, check-in and security check; Level 1 houses services and restaurants; leel 2 houses shops. Currency exchanges are available in both secured and unsecured areas.

    Level 0 has access to outside bus stops and to Parking lot A via escalator, and offers luggage storage, rental car counters, parking payment machine.
    Level 1 (the street level) serves both arrivals & departures, and has across from the street parking lot A3. Inside it is partitioned to the left for arriving flights with baggage claim area,  and to the right for departing flights with airline ticket counters & self-check-in kiosks.  In the center is the Security check leading to shops and services. Right behind the security check is access to the Business Lounge on level 2 (e-mail: lounge@tll.aero) and to the right near the Electronics Shop a VIP lounge.
The boarding area with gates 1 - 18 has near gate 4 a transfer check-in counter for Schengen flights, and near gate 13 a Transfer check-in counter for non-Schengen flights. A Border control station is between gates 10 & 11; a kid's play area is near gates 3 & 18.  Free 'GoSleep' sleeping pods are available at Gate 8 - chairs have USB & main chargers for electronic devices. A pharmacy is near the Tax-free shop. A prayer area is near gate 3.

Current and future Airport developments:  Construction started in Spring 2016 on two projects - both of which are to be completed by late 2017 (the runway extension by 3,480 meters with related works; and the new tramline which is already in operation).
