Free Airport Shuttle Buses:
(a) Every 15 mins between South Terminal & Rental Car facility;
(b) on demand from North Terminal (use the wall-mounted phone adjacent to curbside at southeast end exit door); a dedicated telephone line connects directly with shuttle dispatch.
(c) Shuttle services to/from 'Park, Ride & Fly' lot, used for extended stay) will be provided on demand by calling Republic Parking at 907-677-1074.
Visitor Information Center - open daily in both the South (Domestic) and North (International) terminals of the Airport - are staffed with helpful volunteers organized by 'Visit Anchorage' (for more information, visit: anchorage.net).
The South Terminal visitor information center (tel. 907-266-2660) is located on the baggage claim level, at C Concourse, located behind the escalators - open daily 9am-4pm . A smaller kiosk is on the same level, at A Concourse, across from carousel 4.
The North Terminal has two visitor information center (tel. 907-266-2657) is located in the terminal's lobby and is staffed during scheduled flight arrivals.
Baggage and Freezer Storage Service is available from:
(a) Huntleigh USA (tel. 907-248-0373 at the South Terminal, level 1, next to baggage carousel 4.
(b) Alaska Luggage & Seafood Shipping Services (tel. 644-8256) - located on level 2, across from the TSA checkpoint.
Presentation of boarding pass for both companies is required.
Alaska Native Art Displays are located in (a) the Mezzanine of the C Concourse, above passeger exit lane; and (b) in 'Northern Lights Corridor', which connects the terminal with railroad & rental car facilities.
USO / Military Lounge:
The Atwood Military Lounge (tel. 907-248-2535; e-mail [email protected]) is in the South Terminal's level 1, behind the escalators.

If you lost an item in an ANC terminal, parking garage or shuttle bus, please visit our office or call (907) 266-2623 for assistance. Please leave a message outside of normal business hours, and we will return your call.
For items left on an aircraft please contact the specific airline directly as we do not handle these items. Please be prepared to provide your name, address, phone number, email address and a detailed description of the lost item.
Lost and Found items are kept for 60-90 days before being disposed of.

Pet relief areas at both terminals of ANC Airport are adjacent to baggage claim doors, with directional signs located at curbside.
Pets need to be in a kennel or on a leash inside the terminals.
Each airline has its own regulations regarding taking pet onboard their carrier.

Smoking
International Travelers at Ted Stevens Anchorage ANC Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate. For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.
NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
