The Information counter/ uest Service Center is across from the baggage carousels.
Free WiFi is available throughout the terminal and a recharge station is at post-security.
There is a restaurant and a news & gift shop to the left of the main lobby.
Check-in and ticket counters are near the first three entrance doors.
Gates are divided by gates 1-3 to the left, and gates 4-7 (with boarding bridges) to the right.
A business center is near gates 1-3.
Current airlines serving the terminal: Allegiant, Delta, United, US Airways.
NOTE: The Blue Ridge Tavern offers concierge service - you can place a meal order, prepay by credit card, and choose delivery (to Tavern for pickup, to your gate, or (if your airline permits) to the plane.
Rental car counters for Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Herz & National are at the left end of the terminal, near baggage claim.
Outside pickup for arriving passengers is at left end of the ground level and dropoff for departing passengers is near the right end of the terminal
The Guest Service Center (828-209-3660 - e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) is open 8:30am to last arriving flight. It handles ground transportation inquiries, offers directions, area maps & brochures, flight information, paging, postage & shipping assistance, and is the place to copy, fax & scan.
