My wife is scheduled to arrive at Gate C14 at 6:54PM from Aruba and has an departing flight at Gate E31 at 7:49PM (Boarding 7:19PM). She's a fast walker and is seated near the front of the inbound flight. Do you think she'll make it? Both are AA.

Yes, it's enough time if the flight from Aruba is on-time. Since she pre-clears US Immigration and Customs in Aruba all she has to do is walk from her arrival gate to her departure gate.
I am taking a group from Indianapolis to Fort Myers. We will have around 50 passengers. Flying American Airlines will we have enough time to transfer flights if we only have 35 mins.?
That's enough time if everything goes perfectly but leaves NO time to spare if it doesn't. However, I don't know how they would treat it if 50 passengers were on their way from one flight to another, that would be a lot to leave behind.
I am just about to book a flight from LONDON connecting through Charlotte CLT going to Louiseville SDF, plane lands @ 2:10pm and the domestic flight connects at 3:49pm, are the terminals different? How far are Gates from each other? Do I have to check out my bags and check in again? Will I have enough time to connect?
You have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and then security and walk to your departure gate. Charlotte only has one terminal. You have enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I arrive at 4:26 pm at gate E24 and depart for London Heathrow at 6:15 at D11. My airline sent me a notice that I might want rebook to avoid missing my connection. ON the terminal map it looks to me there will be plenty of time to make that connection. Can you advise?
Yes, that should be enough time. As long as the first flight is domestic all you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
