I am travelling from MAA-DOHA-ORD-DTW. Traveling with Qatar Airways from MAA-DOHA-ORD. ORD-DTW in American Airlines. Is all three boarding pass are provided at Chennai itself. Or I need to do seperate check-in at chicago for AA.? How the web-check-in will work? I am not seeing all the three flights details in Qatar Airways website, I am seeing only for QR.

Yes, if all the tickets were purchased at the same time then all the boarding passes should be issued by Qatar Airways in Chennai. You likely will not be able to check in online, you'll probably have to check in at the counter in Chennai.
