Baggage Claim at Chicago OHare ORD Airport

The baggage claim of the terminals has a 'Virtual Concierge Kiosk - offering (in 8 languages)  touch-screen technology for information about  hotel, transport and airport, flight status, weather updates & info on Chicago events & attractions.   The kiosk can also be used for toll-free calls for hotel reservations, to order a rental car, or to contact a Customer Service Rep.

Baggage Carts / Skycap at Chicago OHare ORD Airport

Baggage Carts are available throughout the domestic terminals at a cost.
Carts are free to passengers arriving at International Terminal Five.
Due to safety concerns, baggage carts are not allowed on Airport Transit System (ATS) cars.
