It depends where you are parking - are you parking in the Short Term/Valet/Garage or in the Economy lot?

I need to send off my wife for a flight at 1:30pm at terminal 5 on Sep24th. Which would be the nearest car parking lot to walk to Terminal 5 ? Please advice

Terminal 5 has its own short-term parking lot Labeled lot D on the official maps and also has signage for "International Short Term Parking" as you approach the airport on I-190

Just follow the sign for terminal 5 arrival/ departure as before entering into arrival/departure on the left side turn its says Parking just park there for $5 i think for 1 hour pricing i am not sure

If I park in the outside lot C for terminal 3, is there a walkway that goes right across to baggage claim? Or access like parking in the main garage?

You will access it from the tunnels like the main garage I believe.

Where is the best, closest, easiest , economical place to park when flying out of T3 at O'hare?

The closest place to park is the long-term section of the garage, but it's very expensive. The best value is the economy lot, which is connected to Terminal 3 by the ATS Train.

It clearly states: "the free Cell Phone Lot located at Economy Parking Lot F. (Exit I-190 at North Mannheim Road and follow the signs to Economy Parking F/Cell Phone Lot)."
