To pick up or drop off a passenger, take either (a) the dedicated lane from the traffic circle to 'Public Drop Off' in front of the Garage or use the drop-off zone on the ground floor of the Parking Garage. You can also use the Premium Carpark which offers the first 10 minutes free.

Express Park - Premium parking is available at 520 spaces in the new multi-level Parking Garage, which has a very short walkway to the entry door of the terminal, leading to International & Domestic check-in and Domestic Arrivals.
