I want to purchase tickets for my family to come to DallasTexas from Toronto. and then back from Dallas Texas to Toronto.
Why wouldn't you be able to purchase tickets for them? Just go to a travel agent or airline website and book them. You will need their date of births and to check in they will need their passport numbers.
Will be flying from wichita falls to Dallas and then having a 1hr and 32 min layover over before heading to Utah. Will I have time to go out side and smoke and not miss my flight?
Is 76 min enough time to clear customs and make it to a separate terminal at DFW on a connection between YVR and SGF? Seems a little tight, but it's being offered by the airline.
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in vancouver. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all gates inside security.
We are flying American from DCA to DFW and arriving at 7:53 AM. Our connecting flight to SJD (Mexico) departs at 9:10 AM. Not sure what terminal we will arrive at. I am assuming all international flights depart from Terminal D. Do we have enough time to make the connection?
You will arrive in A, C, or D and depart from D. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
I am a mexican traveler flying from Seoul with final destination in Torreón, México. I know once you arrive to an american airport you pick up your luggage, pass it thru the scanners and then check it in (I've done it in LA or San Francisco), nevertheless I've been told Dallas is an exception and that once I check my luggage in Seoul there's no need to pick it up in Dallas and that it will go all the way to Mexico. Since I'm moving back to Mexico I have a lot of luggage and even though that sounds amazing I want to confirm.
Yes, Dallas is an exception. If both flights are on American you just have to go through US Immigration, Customs, and Security.
So does the same go for if I'm flying from Shanghai to DFW? I have a 3 and half hour layover there before I go from DFW to JAX. I don't have to pick up my checked bags since both of my flights are with American?
my wallet was stolen including driver license & ss card. I have a paper license issued but my flight is this week. Will I be able to fly out of DFW? Original birth certificate or certified copy ok?
Yes, bring your temporary license and birth certificate and if you have something with your picture on it like a work ID or student ID, that wouldn't be a bad idea either.
We fly from Brussels to London, from London to Dallas and from Dallas to Guatemala City, all AA flights. We have 2.00 hours in Dallas. is that enough time and do we have to claim and re-check our baggage?
Yes, that should be just enough time. Since you are on an International to International connection all on AA at DFW, you will go through US Immigration, Customs, and Security, but you won't have to claim and re-check your bags.
where will we go through customs for trip from stl to DFW to shanghai?
You will go through Chinese immigration and customs in Shanghai. There is no US Customs when leaving the US. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
My family and I will be travelling from MEM to Cancun with a connecting flight in DFW. Will we need to claim and recheck our bags for our connecting flight to Cancun at DFW?
No, assuming both flights are on American you won't have to claim your bags in DFW on the way to cancun. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
I will be departing DFW for Sydney QF?, Once through security at Terminal D, is there anywhere I can smoke. ? thank you.
DFW does not have any designated smoking areas inside security.
