I'm arriving from Las Vegas on United 2237 and have a connecting flight to Tokyo on United 143 with a 55 minutes layover time. Is it enough? With all the security and immigration clearings? Thanks in advance.
There is no US Immigration or additional security when you are leaving the US. All you have to do in Denver on your way to Tokyo is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both on Concourse B. You have enough time.
Arriving at DIA from ATL at 6:04 on UA5202. Departing at 6:55 for GUC on UA4476. Any tips?
All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate both on Concourse B. You have enough time if the flight from Atlanta is anywhere close to on-time.
I am flying into Denver on Southwest and have a 1 hour layover before boarding a flight also with Southwest into Omaha. Will I have to change to a different concourse and if so, is 1 hour enough time to find my way there?
If the first flight is domestic then both flights will be on Concourse C. You have enough time.
Thank-you. It's a domestic flight. From Tucson to Denver, then to Omaha.
Flying home from Calgary to Oklahoma City in March with my 4 year old. Is a 45 minute layover enough time to get my bags and make my connecting flight?
Yes, that is enough time since you pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary, as long as both flights are on the same reservation.
Thank you so much for your help!
Is there enough time to make the following connecting flight if the gate closes at 6:35pm?
From DFW with Spirit arriving at 5:58pm at gate C48 and connecting with Frontier to SLC at gait A38 which departs at 6:45. Carry on only.
It's possible if the first flight is on-time but leaves no time to spare. The underground train connects C and A inside security.
I'm flying into Denver on Southwest Airlines which arrives at 1230PM. My connecting flight is at 245PM on a United flight. I'll have to get my checked bags and then re-check them on United. Will I have enough time to make the flight? Do I need to change terminals?
You need to go to the main terminal, claim your bags from Southwest, go to the check-in level and re-check your bags with United, then go through security and to your departure gate in Concourse B on the train. You have just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
I will have an hour layover @ DEN. Will that be enough time to travel from the Skywest terminal to the Alaska Airlines Terminal?
Denver only has one terminal. Is the first flight on a United reservation? Where are you flying from and to? Do you have checked bags?
Yes, the first flight is on a United Reservation flying from Moab, UT and then an Alaska Air flight to Seattle. I believe we will only have carry-ons. I booked them as 2 separate flights because it was quite a bit cheaper but I think that means that I wouldn't be able to have checked bags sent all the way through.
Correct, it means you can't have checked bags sent through. You will just walk to the underground train from the end of concourse B where you arrive and then take the train to concourse C and walk to your departure gate. In that case 1 hour is doable, but I might prefer to have a bit more as a buffer if possible.
I'm flying from Dulles to Denver, connecting to Montrose, CO. The time between flights is 49 minutes. Is that sufficient?
Yes, all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate on Concourse B.
flying into denver on united arrival at 8 am, connecting to united to cancun at 8:55. Is that enough time to make the flight?
Yes, all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I have a flight that lands at 5:00pm and my connecting flight boards at 5:00pm and ends at 5:20pm. My arrival gate has not been determined yet so how can that be considered a legal minimum connection time? It usually takes about 10-15 minutes from touchdown to walking into the airport, that leaves me with 5 minutes or less to find my next gate and board.
the arrival time is your gate arrival time, not the landing time. So you will have about 20 minutes. Obviously though, it is still a very risky connection.
