arrive houston 11:05 a.m. terminal b ; depart terminal c at 11:55 a.m. Will I have enough time to make my connection if flight is on time? Can it be walked....or is there shuttle between terminals?
You will take the SkyWay train between terminals. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time.
To go to lounges in terminal D
Yes, you can.
I have 36 minute layover in Houston and transferring from one United flight to another United flight--is this enough time?
It is possible but it leaves no time to spare if the first flight is delayed.
Hi! I am arriving from Guatemala City Saturday morning on United and am transferring to a domestic flight to DEN. I have the economy fare so have to check 1 bag. Connection time appears to be 1 hr 35 min. Thoughts on terminal transfers, immigration (US citizen, though) , baggage check and recheck?
That's just enough time if everything goes perfectly. Saturday morning arrival helps.
Hi. I've bought two tickets. I have a domestic flight on united airlines from LaGuardia New York to IAH. Then I have 2hrs to catch an international flight on Air New Zealand to Sydney. I have luggage to check in and Im traveling on Australian passport. Do you think this is too tight? I've got a friend who is one the same exact flights but he bought one ticket with Air New Zealand to fly LGA - IAH - SYD. Should I ask my friend who is traveling with me to check in my luggage under his name so that I can save time in the transfer?
You can show your ANZ confirmation to the United Agent in LaGuardia and ask them to tag your bags through to ANZ. If they do that will make the connection a lot easier. If they can't you barely have enough time.
Hello. Today we are arriving into Houston at 5.45pm from San Jose and need to connect to a Domestic flight to Los Angeles leaving at 7.15pm. We need advice as to whether this is possible. If not is there any way we can fast track our progress as we are travelling with two children. Both flights are with United. Thanks.
You have barely enough time if everything goes perfectly. There are no fast-tracks.
Do you have any recommendations for us? Thank you
Move quickly and be proactive about getting rebooked if you miss your connection.
I have a flight Austin to Amsterdam with a 45 min layover in Houston. Do you know to what terminals will I arrive and also if 45 min layover is enough time?
You will arrive in B or C and depart from E if both flights are on United. You have just enough time if that's the case. The Skyway train connects all terminals inside security.
Thank you. Yes, they are both flights with United.
Daughter in law arriving IAH via SAN Antonio on United with a 1 hour layover to get to Air NZ flight from international lounge. I assume her bags will be checked from San An right through to NZ so is 1 hour long enough to get to the international gate as they usually board an hour prior to flight
Yes, that's enough time if the flight from San Antonio is on-time. All she has to do is go from her arrival gate to her departure gate.
I am flying from PTY to IAH to my final destination, SFO. My layover in IAH is 1hr 30mins. Is that enough time? Do i have to collect my luggage and go through immigration and customs? I am traveling solo with an infant.
You have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate. You technically have a legal connection but I recommend at least 2 hours, especially with an infant.
Okay thank you! If I do not have any checked luggage does that mack much of a difference?
It does make it a little easier.
I arrive at IAH on Oct 10 terminal E can i walk to terminal c amd how long should it take?
Where is your flight into Houston from?
Belize City
You need at least 2 hours between your flights because you have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate.
