Hi Hello, I am flying into Tampa to Zagreb Croacia and have to Atlanta one hour connection flight.. How long is transportation from Terminal S to Terminal 1 time?? Next stop is Paris to Zagreb / Delta to AIR FRANCE
All you have to do is take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart and board your flight to Paris. You don't actually have to change terminals. You have enough time.
Flying from Atlanta to Dublin, Ireland on 5 Sept. How long to get thru security before we board? Any special things we need to bdaware of? How does it work?
If you are just starting your trip in Atlanta just get to the International Terminal 2 hours before your flight, check your bags, go through security and to your departure gate. It's just like a domestic flight except that you have to show your passport when you check in and when you board the plane.
First time doing this and we have no idea how it works, also re luggage. Arriving at domestic terminal with Delta from Miami and leaving from international terminal with KLM to Amsterdam. How to get there?
All you have to do is take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you will depart. You don't have to do anything with your baggage in Atlanta on the way to Amsterdam.
Thank you ZAP.
Hello, I am flying into ATL from Frankfurt, Germany and have a connecting flight to Lima, Peru. Arrival into ATL is scheduled to be 3:39pm and the departing flight to Lima is 5:50pm. Question, do I need to go through immigration control as though I was staying in Atlanta or is there a special immigration desk air side ?
Yes, you have to go through regular US Immigration, Customs, and Security before boarding your flight to Peru. You should have enough time.
Hello. We are due to land internally into Atlanta from Orlando at circa 5pm. Then depart from Atlanta to Manchester uk at 7:10pm.
What's the best way of getting between gates and is this enough time.
Just take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart. You should have plenty of time.
We will be flying into Atlanta from Frankfurt on Lufthansa and then on to Phoenix AZ on an American flight. We have plenty of time (almost 4 hrs), but just wondering what procedure we would follow.... once we go through immigration and customs, will we need to carry our luggage with us to the Domestic terminal and check everything in there or can that be done at the international terminal. Also, is it better to take the Plane Train or the shuttle from International to Domestic terminal. Thank you for your advice!
Yes, you will have to take the shuttle bus with your bags to the Domestic terminal to re-check them with American and go through security.
Thank you!
I would like to book a flight from Duesseldorf via Atlanta to Cancun. Connection time at ATL is 1:36 h. Is this enough?

Thank you
That will be barely enough time if everything goes perfectly. It leaves no time to spare.
We'll arrive domestic from Ft.lauderdale with DELTA/KLM and leave international to Amsterdam with KLM.
Will 1 hour and 10 minutes be enough?
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is take the Plane Train from your arrival concourse to concourse E or F where you depart.
Thank you!
my first flight has been delayed and have a connecting flight in ATL. my delayed flight gets to gate D38 and i have 14 Min until my next one at gate T3. do i have enough time?
That will be pretty difficult if you indeed end up with only 14 minutes and the second flight isn't also delayed.
Hello. My parents are flying to Kabul. They fly out from Atlanta and have a connecting flight in Boston. Then they fly to Istanbul and finally land in Kabul.

My question is do they arrive at the international terminal or domestic in Atlanta? The ticket says Terminal N but I'm not sure which one that is.
Also, do they check their bags in at Atlanta or Boston?
Since their first flight is domestic they use the domestic terminal, specifically the North side (thus the N). They won't see their bags until they get to Kabul if everything is on the same reservation. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
