The easiest way to Izmir is to go to the Airport Station and take the subway 'IZBAN' * - or - the Havas airport shuttle bus provided by the Turkish Airline office, which runs every 20 mins and takes between 35-60 minutes. Public transport at Izmir is available 24/7.

Car ferries run between Uckuyular and Bostanli, a 25 minute crossing. At Konak's Ferry Pier side in front of the Council building at Konak Buses 63, 104, 152, 180 & 542 serving different destinations.
