i will be traveling there and i am suppose to visit California as well i heard about the mega bus and i was wondering if i can connect with that service at the airport. If not how far is the airport from the closes stop.

MegaBus uses the RTC South Strip Transfer Terminal for their buses, which is right next to the airport.

i am flying Hawaiian Airlines into LAS Terminal 3, and then need to pickup luggage and get to Terminal 1 and fly SWA out of LAS. I have an hour and 20 minute layover......is that enough time??

With possible waiting I would leave at least 30-40 minutes for this transfer, plus any time it will take to check bags and go through security in T3.

Arriving off Allegiant Air flight - where do I go to get a shuttle to my hotel? Is there only one baggage claim area for both terminals ( came in on Delta before and used Bell Trans out of door 9 baggage claim) Thanks!!

You use the Terminal 1 Baggage claim. The shuttles are conveniently located from there.
