I’m flying out of IND to MIA, landing at 9:45 am on 5/28. We have a connecting flight to Grenada that leaves at 10:48 am. We only have carry-ons. Is this enough time to go through customs? I’ve never been to MIA. Next flight to Grenada isn’t until th next day.
There is no US Customs when leaving the US. All you have to do in Miami on your way to Grenada is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Flying from Key West to MIA, then grabbing a flight from there to Toronto with time being under an hour. Email notification indicated there is a terminal change so now im in a sweat lol is it even possible to make this? Thanks
What airlines are you flying? If both flights are on American that is enough time.
Sorry i wrote my first question too fast haha it is thru americian airlines! Thks
I am flying from JFK to MHH, Marsh Harbor Bahamas. Connecting through MIA. I am checking a bag at JFK. Does the bag go through to MHH in Bahamas, or do I have to retrieve it in MIA? My layover is only 55min (between 9:45-10:45AM). American Airlines. Will my bags make the connection? TNX
Yes, your bags will be checked through to Marsh Harbour. All you have to do in Miami on your way to the Bahamas is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
I am arriving from YYZ in American Airlines to MIA and then I have a connection with LATAM to Peru (LIM). How I can proceed as soon as arrive to Miami? thank you
If your bags are checked through to LIM you just have to walk from the North Terminal to South Terminal J and go through security. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto on your way to Lima.
I am flying into Miami from Indianapolis on American in October. Final destination is Santiago, Chile. The transfer time listed is 2 hours, 20 minutes. Would that be sufficient? I wasn't sure if I remained in the same terminal, would have to re-check bags, etc.? Thank you.
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do on the way to Santiago if the second flight is also on American is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
