Hi there - I arrive from London on VS5 into MIA at 1600hrs (in business class so off first) and need to connect onto AA domestic flight to EYW at Gate D60 departing at 1729hrs - With Global Entry and TSA precheck will I make it do you think?
With no bags and Global Entry you might have a small chance. You still have to run clear across the airport to get to your departure gate after clearing immigration and customs.
Arriving American Airlines from Toronto to Miami then connecting still with AA to Liberia Costa Rica. We are Canadian citizens and have about 2 hours to connect? Will we have to do the immigration/passport control? is 2 hours enough?
You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. All you have to do in Miami on the way to Costa Rica is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.
We are due to transit through MIA in a couple of weeks, landing from Nassau with Bahamas Air and departing for LHR with Virgin Atlantic, 2hrs25mins later.
We're UK (ESTA) passport holders, but I gather that we'll have to change terminals, so presumably need to clear customs (?) Do we have sufficient time?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Nassau, so all you have to do is claim your bags from Bahamasair, re-check it with Virgin Atlantic, and go through security. You should have enough time if the Bahamasair flight is on-time.
im traveling from Las Vegas to Lima Peru with a stop in Miami , i have an hour and 13 mins. of wait time i was wondering if that enough time from one fight to the next ? Would i have to recheck my baggage or does my baggage go straight to Peru
On your way to Peru you don't have to do anything with your bags in Miami. You have enough time.
Hi, I'll be traveling from SJU to MIA and then from MIA to MEX in following flights: SJU - MIA: American Airlines 1299, 1:52pm - 4:40pm
MIA - MEX: Aeromexico 413, 17:32 - 20:00

Do you think is enough time to switch terminals from American to Aeromexico?

Thank you!
Less than an hour to switch terminals? No I don't think that's enough time.
I am flying into Miami from Madrid on Air Europa and have another flight from Miami to Orlando on Delta. The time between flights is 1 hour 30 minutes. I am a US citizen and will not have a checked bag. Is it possible to make my connection in such a short time?
With no checked bags it's theoretically possible but VERY risky.
Do I have to go through customs in Miami, if my connector takes me right out of country?
Coming from San Juan and heading to Providencialis (Turk and Caicos)
Flights from Puerto Rico to the mainland are domestic flights and there is no US Customs when leaving the US. So, no, you don't have to go through immigration or customs in Miami on your way to Providenciales.
So I just got off the phone with AA. They told me the plane touches down in Miami at gate B31 and connects to gate D3 but I don't see a B terminal. Maybe I heard wrong?
You probably misheard. It probably arrives at D31 or E31.
I will be coming into Miami Airport from Toronto, Canada and taking a connecting flight to Managua. Will I have to go through security/customs again once I land? Is a 1h 45 min between flights enough time?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. If both flights are on American, all you have to do in Miami on the way to Managua is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
What about the other way around? I'm going from Panama City to Montreal with only one hour 35 minutes in MIA.
My flight was just switched for this Friday, August 11th. I am flying into Miami on AA and should arrive at 9:32am. My connecting flight is 1 hour and 8 minutes later and is going to Antigua. Is there enough time? I am connecting with the same airline. Do I have to go back through security? How far away are the gates?
If the first flight is domestic that is enough time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, which shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes.
It's Boston to Miami. I haven't flown much so I don't know much. Do flights into and out of Miami often get delayed because of Florida weather??
Weather delays in Florida are infrequent, but can be severe when they do happen.
