We will be arriving at Delta Terminal Aug 1 at 5:17 pm from Amsterdam, going through customs, taking the train to the other terminal, going through security again and boarding a 7:05pm flight on SW Airlines to Kansas City. Is 1:45 enough time to do this. (Carry on luggage only )
With carry-ons only that's barely enough time if everything goes perfectly.
Arrive Delta , will they transport from terminal 1 to Sun Country terminal 2?
We have 2 hours
No, Delta does not have an interline agreement with Sun Country. You will have to claim your bags from Delta, take them with you on the Light Rail to Terminal 2, re-check them with Sun Country, and go through security.
I'm flying in to MN on Delta and flying out on Delta to Mexico. Will I switch concourses since I'm flying out of the country or will it be in same concourse since it's the same airline? Also if I need to go to a different concourse I only have an hour, is that enough time?
Delta uses 5 concourses at MSP but they're all connected inside security. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time.
Hi. Arriving from Edmonton, Canada in MSP to connect to BOS then LHR. I only have 1hr 10 minutes to connect in MSP. Is this enough time? Do I have to go through immigration in MSP as I am arriving from an international flight? All flights are via Delta. Thanks.
You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Edmonton. All you have to do in MSP on your way to London is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I have an SFO-MSP flight arriving at the extreme end of gate G (G 22 per flightaware) and depart MSP - AMS at the extreme end of F (F14 per flightaware). Worried about connection time in the event of delay. How much time to walk from G 22 to F 14?
I land at terminal 2 but need to depart from terminal 1 on a different airline. How do I do this? Will I have to go thru security again? How long does it take to get between the two terminals
You have to claim your bags from the first airline, take them on the Light Rail to Terminal 1 and then re-check them and go through security. With checked bags you need at least 2-2.5 hours between flights. With no checked bags you can do it in 1.5-2 hours.
Thanks so much for your reply. Luck was on my side yesterday morning as I was able to do this in about 35 minutes with no checked baggage! Ran from my gate in terminal 2 to the lite rail , almost immediately caught train, speed walked to the south security checkpoint, only 5 minute wait there, and my gate was nearby.
