I will leave DTE to YYZ, and then arrive at YUL on Air Canada flight # 424 at 8:13 pm and have a connecting flight to VCE on flight # 1918 at 9:00. Will I have to go through customs at YUL and will I have time to get to my connecting flight to VCE at 9:00?
There is no Canadian customs when leaving Canada. All you have to do in Montreal is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Traveling from BOS to YUL then to Tel Aviv on Air Canada. We will be checking bags. We have a 6 hour layover in YUL and have an opportunity to use a hotel for a few hours. Is there an issue leaving YUL and then returning a few hours ahead of our flight to TLV? I assume our bags should be checked thru to TLV and that all we would have to do is clear customs upon arrival. Thanks for your help.
We are travelling in Aug- Sep 2017 with our 2 year old. On our way back to uk London we have a 2hour halt at the Montreal airport. Would that be enough time for us to catch our connecting flight. Do we need to go through immigration again.
I am flying Air Canada from YOW to LAX with a layover in YUL. Do I go through US immigration in Ottawa or Montreal? Do I have to collect my check-in luggage in Montreal and go through security? I only have 1 hour layover, is this enough time?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Montreal. You have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
