Hi, I’m going to be arriving from a international flight from Terminal B at 6pm but have to catch a 8pm Amtrak train. Is 2 hours enough time to clear customs and collect my bags and be able to catch the train?

If I land at 4.35PM and my greyhound bus departing time is 6.05PM, do I have enough time to get to the bus station? How frequent are the buses and how long does international customs take?

Hi. If I had 2.5 hours from the point of landing at EWR (3:30pm) to catching a greyhound bus from Port of Authority in NYC (6 pm), wondering if that would be sufficient? Seems i'd need to take the airtrain from EWR to NY Penn and subway / cab from there to Port of Authority?

Yes, that should be enough time. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from NY Penn to the PABT.

Hi, I fly from Ottawa to Newark on United arriving by 07.25 and then connecting flight from JFK to JHB departing by 11:15. Pls do I have enough time for security checks and to reach JFK in time for my flight? Also, is there any kind of shuttle between both airports? Thanks

You pre-clear US Immigration and customs in Ottawa, so all you have to do in Newark is claim your bags and go. At that time it takes about 2 hours to get from Newark to JFK. So you'll get there at about 9:45 - barely enough time if everything goes smoothly. There is no regular shuttle between the two airports.

I would recommend taking the airtrain to NJT to Penn Station and then the Subway instead personally.

Coming from Oslo, Norway to Newark,( terminal B) and continuing to Nashville (from terminal C).Do I have to carry my luggage or it will be transferred between the terminals by the staff?

If both tickets are on the same reservation then you can re-check your bags at the re-check desk after you clear customs in Terminal B, then take the AirTrain to your departure terminal to go through security.
