I am flying United, Dublin to EWR in October arriving at 11:35 am. Will I have time to catch my connection to Rochester, NY at 2:10 pm?
Yes, that should be plenty of time. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin so all you have to do in Newark is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. If you depart from Terminal A, United runs a shuttle bus there inside security.
I will be flying from Dominican Republic to EWR - Liberty, with United Airlines. The flight arrives at 7:24 PM and i have a 2:30 hours connection. I need to know all the process from the moment i get off the plane to go to another terminal and take my next flight (BDL).
You arrive in Terminal B or C, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then take the AirTrain to your departure terminal if it's not the same as the terminal you arrive in, then go through security and to your departure gate. you should have enough time.
Arriving EWR at 5.25 am from India and then connecting flight in 1 hour 40 minutes. Is the time enough for going through passport control/ customs and check in ?
That's just enough time if everything goes smoothly and both flights are on the same reservation.
We are scheduled to arrive in Newark at 5:44 PM on 15 October and then fly to Milan at 6:35 PM. Both flights are on United, gate and terminal unknown. Is this a doable connection? Is it within the minimum connection time or should I request United to provide other flights?
Both flights will be in Terminal C. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time.
Don't know terminal assignments. Arriving Newark at 8:47 PM on a domestic United Express flight, departing for London on United at 10 PM. Problem?
That should be enough time if the first flight is on-time. If you arrive in Terminal A, there is a shuttle bus inside security to Terminal C where your flight to London will depart.
Arriving from Tel Aviv at 6am have connection to Tenn at 8:20am do I have enough time. will need to go through customs
If both flights are on the same reservation that should be enough time.
Actually they aren't on the same reservation. It is 2 separately booked flights
What airlines are you flying?
El Al arrives 05:45
United take off 08:20
arrive Southwest (hopefully) at 5:15 pm, leaving on United at 8:15 pm international. Need best and fastest way to get from Ter A to Ter C, will need to claim and check baggage from SW to United
The only way is to take the airtrain between terminals with your baggage. you should have enough time.
Hello, I would be really grateful for some guidance on this. I arrive into EWR from Las Vegas at 19:02 and then need to get an international flight at 20:00, both with Continental so no issue with bags and both Terminal C. If all flights are on time will I make the international flight? Many thanks
Continental hasn't existed for 6 years. Both flights are with United. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Oh aye, right enough! That's great, thanks for your reply.
Hello,

I will be arriving to EWR at 12pm from the UK and have a connecting flight at 1:40pm to Chicago. I plan to check a bag but will have nothing to declare. Is this enough time to get through customs and get to my connecting flight if I have a terminal change as well?
That's just enough time if everything goes perfectly and both flights are on the same reservation.
Thank you for your help! Where will I have to go to collect my checked bag and recheck it after completing customs? Will it be obvious once I get off the flight where I need to go?
Yes, it's fairly obvious. The re-check desk is right after customs.
I have a flight coming from Atlanta and connecting to Malpensa. I have 50 minute layover. Is that plenty of time? And will I have to go through a security recheck to my connection for the international flight? Both flights are on United.
Yes, that is enough time. There is no special security for International flights. All you have to do in Newark is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
