Hi I have booked a flight in July from Edinburgh to atl with a 2:16 connection flying both with United do I have to move my luggage from one terminal to the other? I arrive in b and have to go c (or other way round) hopefully will be smooth sailing through customs in time too
I mean a 2 hr 16 min connection time
You do not have to transfer your bags between terminals. You can re-check them at the re-check desk right after you clear US Customs. You should have enough time.
I am arriving from Barcelona with a scheduled arrival time of 1:35p with no checked bags, Global Entry. I have the option of a 3:05 or 4:25p flight out of terminal C (same airline, different booking). Will the 3:05 flight be do-able?
yes, terminals are connected good and you will make it in time , just make sure you dont spend too much time in duty free shop ! :D

all the other informations i found on :
With global entry and no checked bags the 3:05 is barely possible.
Arriving next week from AVL (Asheville). We bought cheap United tix and now discovered we can't carry on our bags. Is 2.5 hours enough layover time to leave the secure area to pick up bags and make it to (I presume a different) terminal in time to clear security to fly to LHR London Heathrow? Thank you.
Yes, that should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I am arriving on a domestic United flight at terminal C and my international flight departs from terminal B. Is there a way to transfer without having to go thru security/TSA check again?
Sadly No , the security is very strict at newark airport and it is the right thing that it is ...
for more informations i visited :
This is completely incorrect. If both flights are on the same booking, United runs a shuttle bus inside security from Terminal C to their partner gates in Terminal B.
I fly with United from DCA to EWR on July 6, and catching United flight to Traverse City, MI (TVC).

Anybody knows if arrival and departure will be at the same terminal, I guess C? If departure is from different terminal, is 40 minutes enough to find the departure gate?

Also, my itinerary does not show terminals. How early will I know what terminals and gates are involved?

Actually it's fairly likely both flights will be in Terminal A. The Traverse City flight will definitely use Terminal A. If you do arrive in Terminal C, United runs a shuttle bus inside security from C to A. They will post gates the day of your flight but they are subject to change.
I am flying United and arrive in Terminal C, but would like to use the Admirals Club in Term A, I have a long layover, do I have to go through security again between terminals?
Yes, you have to go through security again. The piers of Terminal A are not connected inside security.
I only have 2 hours to make a connecting flight from Ireland. Will there be enough time to get to the correct terminal, recheck baggage and clear immigration?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Ireland. If both flights are on United then all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time if that's the case.
Hi, I'm flying from Hong Kong to Ithaca through Newark on a United flight. I know that my HK-> Newark flight lands at Terminal B, but my Ithaca flight departs at Terminal C. Will I need to claim my checked in baggages and drop them off again at Terminal C, or will they go straight to Ithaca?
You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk right after you clear Customs, then take the Train to your departure terminal and go through security.
On January 9, 2018, I will be on a TAP flight from Lisbon. (TP201). With a 2 hr 235 min stopover to TP8530 operated by United, will I have time to get there from Terminal B, through customs and to Terminal C? How should I proceed? Will I indeed have to pass customs here in Newark, or maybe upon arrival at IAH?
Yes, you have the procedure correct. You clear US Immigration and Customs in Newark. You should have enough time.
My 16 year old is flying Austrian Air from Vienna to Newark on a wednesday in June. She has 1hr 50 min to go through customs and then tram to United terminal to catch united flight to denver.
I believe she will have to go through customs and then bring her checked bag to united to re-check in, correct? Is 1hr 50 enough time?
If it's the same reservation she can re-check her bags at the re-check desk right after clearing Customs. She has just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Thank you!!!
