Take it to the next station (Hotarugaike), a 2-minute trip; then transfer to the Hankyu Takarazuka Line for the Umeda (Osaka) Station, a 15-20 minute trip.Ticket Vending machines for the Tokyo Monorail/ Keikyu are in both North& South terminals, at level 2 boarding gates.
Connecting between Osaka and Kansei Airports: Special buses run beween these two airports. Ticket counters & vending machines are both in the North & South Terminals - at Arrivals. The bus to Kansai Airport stops between doors 8 & 9 of the Central Block.
