I will be traveling to San Juan from Pittsburgh through Philadelphia in 2 months. My flight from Pittsburgh gets into Philadelphia at 7:18am and my connecting flight leaves for San Juan at 8:20am. Is this enough time to make it with a checked bag?
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Hi.
I'm planing a round trip to Ireland starting at the end of the August and coming back at the end of September. I do normally go to Ireland through MFE-DFW-LHR-SNN but this time I would like to try MFE-DFW-PHL-SNN using American Airlines.
My question is how much time do I need for connecting flights at PHL when going to SNN and when coming back.

Thanks!

Both ways 45 minutes to an hour is sufficient. On the return you pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Shannon.
Thank you!
I land in the airport from Athens Greece at 3:45 PM. My train leaves at 4:58 PM from penn station. Enough time maybe or no way?
I MEANT THE STATION AT 30TH STREET.
I don't think that's enough time.
What is the fastest route from terminal C to Terminal A?
Walking is the only way.
how much time will it take?
10-15 minutes probably.
We want to travel by subway/bus from PHL to University City. Do we board at terminal A and how do we go from terminal F to terminal A?
The SEPTA station is outside Terminals A, B, and C. You can also walk there from Terminal F.
What is the fastest and most convenient way to get from Terminal B to F and what is the typical time it takes to do so?
You can walk or take the shuttle. it takes 15-20 minutes.
If Terminal F connected now to rest of terminals, without having to go out and back thru security?
Yes, it always has been with the shuttle but now there is also a walkway.
I am travelling from MUN to RDU via PHD, both flights are with AA although to RDU its AA (operated by Republic Airlines, as American Eagle.
I totally understand that I will have to change terminals probably A-F. My question is does my luggage get from MUN to RDU direct or would I have to collect and recheck in at PHD, even though I will no doubt already have my boarding pass.
From leaving the aircraft do you have to then go through passport control and have another security check?
My arrival time is 1545 departure time is 1755 - will this be enough time as long as my arrival flight is on time?
Thanks in advance for any advice given.
Hi, I am travelling from MUN to RDU via PHD, with American Airlines on both flights (although the RDU is operated by American Airlines as American Eagle. I totally understand that I will have to transit through terminal - probably Term A to Term F.
I have 2 questions- firstly, would my luggage go from Munich straight through to RDU, or would I have to collect it in PHD and re check in - although no doubt I will have already my boarding pass for PHD to RDU ..... Secondly, after leaving the aircraft is it fairly easy to transit through -- do you need to go through security again.
Lastly, my arrival time is 1545 and departure is 1755 .... would this be enough time to not have to rush around - as long as the first flight is not delayed.
Many thanks for any information / help you may be able to give me.
The code for Munich is MUC. You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
Thanks ZAP - when you say re-check bags at re-check desk, where is this --- close by or would we have to get to Term F with luggage and check in there ... so we are unable to get the shuttle as the shuttle is in the secure area. Sorry for being confused !
I will be arriving in this airport and need to change terminal for my next flight.
Do I need a visa for this?
What is your citizenship? Where are you flying from and to? If you need a visa to visit the US, you need a visa to transit the US.
I need visa to enter US that's why I asked. I thought transiting inside the airport between terminal doesn't require visa
Not in the US.
