Philadelphia Airport Parking Fees and Locations

PHL Airport parking options include more than 17,000 parking spaces located in Parking Garages, Short-Term ground level lots, and Economy lots. Vehicles such as wheelchair-equipped vans that are unable to enter the garages due to their height can park in the Economy Parking Lot. Picking Up/Dropping Off Travelers

Vehicles are permitted to pull up curbside, but only for loading and unloading passengers. Vehicles left unattended at the curb will be towed and ticketed.

Park & Ride / Cell Phone Lot

Motorists who are coming to Philadelphia Airport to pick up passengers can now wait in the Penn DOT "Park & Ride" lot located on Bartram Avenue adjacent to the Southbound I-95 exit ramp for Cargo City. The lot contains approximately 60 striped spaces, is lighted and has two easily accessible entrances. Drivers must remain in their vehicles while waiting for passengers to arrive at the Airport. The lot is not staffed, but is patrolled by airport police.

Located in the remote exterior lot located past Terminal F. Blue & White shuttle buses run to/from terminal 24/7. Please note that vehicles over 9000 pounds, buses, trailers, semis are not allowed in this car park. Shuttle buses connect to the terminals 24/7.

Flat fee: $11 (up to 24 hours) includes all taxes and fees.

Yes. Electric car charging is available at these locations: Garage C (2),  Garage D (2), and  Economy Lots (3)

The height restriction in the Garages and Short-Term parking is 6'2". 

Specialized vehicles for wheelchairs and similar equipment that can't fit into the garages due to height restrictions will be charged the lower Garage rate in C, D, E or F Short-Term (ground level of garages) for visits less than 24 hours.
