12:20 pm flight. Get there at 10:40. US passports. No luggage checkin. Prechecked in. Do we have enough time to get through security? Thx
That should be enough time.
What check-in desks in Terminal 1 is Delta now using?
I am looking to book a flight on Air Italia both legs of JFK-FCO-PMO in July. The flight has a 1h35m layover. Is that enough time for a family of 5 US Citizens with carry-on and checked luggage? Thanks!
That's enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Delta has posted an update for checking in. Now we go to Terminal 1 and drop bags then are directed to passport control. Does that mean we no longer make a trip to Terminal 5?
Yes, that appears to be the case - you will no longer use Terminal 5 to depart. You will check in in Terminal 1 and then proceed through Schengen Exit passport control and security to your departure gate in Terminal 3.
We are on a 5:30pm flight to Athens from FCO. What time should we arrive at the airport?
Since it's within Schengen you should be OK getting there at about 4:30.
upon leaving plane, does passenger go first to baggage and then customs? Or customs, then baggage?
They go to Passport control, then baggage claim, then customs (although Customs in Europe is really informal since they inspect your bags before they put them on the carousel).
Can someone advise me if we will need to go through Customs only in Rome and then recheck our baggage from FCO to ATL since we are on 2 different reservations using frequent flyer points. Taking Delta. Also how much time to get from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5?
I would want at least 2.5 hours for this transfer. Yes, you will have to go through Schengen Entry passport control upon arrival in order to claim your bags and go to T5.
Flying TLV - FCO - JFK. I have a 1hr 25 minutes layover all on one ticket, all Alitalia (klm codeshare). Is this enough time? Which terminal will I land in and from which will I take off from? How far apart are they?

You will both arrive and depart from Terminal 3. You have enough time.
Supposed to be flying in that morning via Aer Lingus from Dublin with afternoon departure to Catania via Alitalia. Does anyone have any info to share about likelihood, alternatives, etc? Will any personnel at the airpot be working, for luggage collection, etc.? Thanks.
I looked on the map for FCO T3 and it doesn't show the long term luggage storage area. Where is the luggage storage exactly? We have a very short layover and I'd like to have a plan. Thanks!
