Hi, I'm going to use Alaska Airlines to Seattle, have a 17.5 hr layover, then use Hainan Airlines Bejing, then 5.5 hr layover and then reach Chungdu. I will be doing the reverse on the way back home to Edmonton. Will I need to claim my baggage when having layovers and recheck them in for my next flights?
We will have a 12 hour layover in late june - are there tours that pick you up at the airport and take you around the city for a few hours and then deliver you back to the airport? If yes please provide information. Thanks
I am flying from Maui to London and have a layover at Seattle for nearly 13hours. The flight will all be booked on the same ticket (Virgin or Delta). I believe the bags will be checked straight through from Hawaii to London and will not need to be collected at Seattle. Presumably as Maui - Seattle is a domestic flight I will not need to go through customs? Could someone please confirm whether I am able to leave the airport and take in a few sights rather than hanging around at the airport? Also, is it realistically worth doing that with the amount of time I would have? (I realise this will involve going through security again for the SEA-LON flight). Thanks in advance!
Flying Delta with checked bags from LAX with a 50 minute layover in SEA before taking Delta connection to FAI. Is the layover time enough?
If the first flight is domestic that is enough time.
I am travelling from YVR to Amsterdam through Seattle by delta airlines. Is one hour layover enough? Do we need to collect baggage and re check in in Seattle?
You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. All you have to do in Seattle on the way to Amsterdam is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
I am looking at going to Iceland next year and looking at the plane tickets. There is an Alaska Airlines to Icelandair combination, with a layover in Seattle both coming and going. The layover can range from from 1.5 hours to 6 hours. Does anyone have any experience with going from Domestic to International at this airport and can recommend a minimum time for a layover? Thanks!
We have 50 minutes from arrival on Delta Connection to make our Delta flight to Paris. Is that enough time assuming flights are on time ? Thanks
We need to meet friends at the Main Terminal and stop for breakfast. Where would be a location where they could meet us without them having to go through Security?
Where if the lounge for Icelandair located?
Im traveling to canada for the week and have a connecting flight in Seattle from LA. Do i need to get my bags and get them re-checked? i have a 47min wait.
