Flying into Seattle with Virgin from LHR, then out to SLC with Delta. Layover time is 1 hour 40, and both trips are on the same ticket. Travelling with hand luggage only. Is this enough time? Assuming I need to clear customs / immigration but with no bags to collect. Thanks

My mother is going to fly Alaska Airlines from Missoula to Seattle, then Seattle (with 6 hours layover) fly Xiamen Airlines to Shenzhen, China. All flights are under one reservation. Will she need to pick up her luggages in Seattle and re-checkin them? Thank you!

If everything is on the same reservation then she won't have to claim her bags in Seattle on the way to Shenzhen.

I will be flying into SEA on Alaska Air, then departing on Delta. Two questions: (1) Will I have to reclaim baggage & recheck it? (2) Is 2 hours enough time for this connection?

Yes, you will have to claim your bags and re-check them. 2 hours is just enough time.

HI

I am travelling on alaska from portland , oregon to seattle and then from seattle to dubai.

I have only 1 hour 20 minutes layover time in between..

Is this time enough? considering the tickets are in the same itenerary

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do in Seattle is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

Hi, 7 Taiwanese arrive SEA/TAC 19:30 on BR26 , then 22:00 AS 89 to Anchorage, all separated reservation, is it enough time for immigration & claim baggage?

No, that is not enough time with two separate reservations. I suspect there is not a later flight, so plan on spending the night in Seattle and flying to Alaska in the morning.

Thanks for your help,we recheck the travel agent, she said our booking are one reservation. Is the connecting time enough? Should we claim the baggage and check in again at Alaska air desk? Thanks!

You will have to claim your bags to take it through US Customs. If your bags are tagged through to Alaska, then you can re-check your bags at the re-check desk immediately after you clear customs. You should have enough time.

Yes, in Seattle you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags, go through security and to your departure gate. 2 hours is enough time if both tickets are on the same reservation.

Flying from SFO to SEA on Alaska. Arriving at 10:30am. Then flying to PVG departing at 12:00pm on a same reservation in S Gate. Do I need go through another security checkpoint again? Assuming 1 hour 30 is enough time? Thanks!

You just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You do not have to go through security.
