Which concourse is flight to Vancouver and where to pass eight hour lay over . Can I purchase a lounge pass on the day and which is best
What airline are you flying?
Air Canada to Vancouver then Australia AiAircanada
I am looking at flight to Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) from London Heathrow. One option is flying via Seattle. Is a 4-hour layover enough to go through immigration and customs. It will be one ticket, so I'm assuming I do not have to re-check my luggage. It will be my first time in Seattle, so I do not know how the airport works. Is it like Atlanta, where you leave your luggage to the airport people once you have done customs? Thank you!
You will have to claim your bags to bring them through US Customs and re-check it right after, but 4 hours is plenty of time.
Thanks! If I fly through Calgary (and not via Seattle) will 3.5 hours be enough as well?
Yes, that would also be enough time.
Could you share what the 'minimum' layover time needs to be arriving American from PHX and departing Alaska to KTN with check bags. i.e. would 90 minutes be enough? or?
Thank you
90 minutes would leave no time to spare with checked bags. I would want closer to 2 hours.
Many Thanks
Flying from Calgary to Chicago with a stop in Seattle. Will a 60min layover be enough time in Seattle? Not checking any bags
You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary. If both flights are on the same reservation that should be enough time.
We are travelling from Edmonton, AB, Canada to San Francisco via Seattle on Compass/Delta Connection and SkyWest Delta Connection. We go through U.S. Pre-Clearance in Edmonton. Do we need to pick up our luggage in Seattle and go through security again or is it checked straight through to San Francisco?
All you have to do in Seattle is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. Your bags will be transferred for you.
We will be arriving from DFW on American Airlines. We will pick up our baggage and need to go to Delta Airlines to check in to fly to ANC. What is our best way to do this?
You just go to the main terminal and to the AA baggage claim, claim your bags, bring them up the departure level and check them with Delta, then go through security and to your departure gate.
Two questions if I can, I am travelling from London Heathrow and on to Calgary with a connection in Seattle.
1.) will I need to ensure I have a valid US. Visa Waiver (ESTA) in place ?
2.) Do we need to clear U.s Custombefore continuing on to Canada ?

Many thanks

Dan
Yes, you will need ESTA if you are a British Citizen. Yes, you need to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security, and to your departure gate.
Travelling from kelowna- Seattle Tacoma by Alaskan air then to dubai by emirates. Once I check in bags at kelowna-, do I need to claim and re check in at Seattle? All connections are in one ticket with emirates
Yes, in Seattle you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate.
Thanks man
Exactly as you told
Im traveling from hong kong through seattle heading to Cancun and i have 16hr layover. What can i do in seattle for that period of time if im travelling with transit visa?
You can do whatever you want as long as you show up for your flight to Cancun. Once you clear customs you are free to leave the airport.
Before I buy any tickets for a Feb 2018 flight, I want to make sure I got enough time to make a connection at SEA. I never change for international flights at SEA so I need a little bit more info to make sure I am on the safe side. The flight is Delta 5682(Compass Airlines 5682) and Delta 39. DL 39 got a very good on time record lately, so trying to buy time won't be available like some flights I been on. So the question is, will 1h 22m be enough time to get from B Gates to S Gates, even if I am a little late coming in?
I forgot to add... the connection is during noon hour. 12:25pm to 1:47 PM
Yes, that should be plenty of time. All you have to do is take the train to S after you arrive.
Thank you.
