Planning a trip to Anchorage. The flight looking st will be departing Raleigh Durham 7:00 am, arriving Seattle at 9:40 am with a 45 minute between flight to Anchorage, is that enough time to make connecions
Yes, if both flights are on the same reservation that is enough time.
Which terminal is used by Delta Air
Seattle only has one terminal. Their gates are in Concourses A, B, and S.
we are arriving from Calgary on delta Feb 14 at 2:23 pm and delta has us on a 4:04 flight for Beijing, will this allow enough time to make our connection?
Yes, that's plenty of time. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary so all you have to do in Seattle on your way to Beijing is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I arrive to SEA on Frontier at 2:30pm from COS on 6/24/18. Flight out to ANC on Alaska at 4:00pm. Need to grab bags at baggage claim and check them into Alaska. Is this doable? I am flying first class on Alaska so hoping lines will be a little shorter at check-in. Also have TSA Pre.
That's barely enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Which concourse is flight to Vancouver and where to pass eight hour lay over . Can I purchase a lounge pass on the day and which is best
What airline are you flying?
Air Canada to Vancouver then Australia AiAircanada
Air Canada uses Concourse A (although they will be probably moving soon). You could buy a pass at the United Club but it's not a great lounge. All gates in Seattle are connected inside security.
I am looking at flight to Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) from London Heathrow. One option is flying via Seattle. Is a 4-hour layover enough to go through immigration and customs. It will be one ticket, so I'm assuming I do not have to re-check my luggage. It will be my first time in Seattle, so I do not know how the airport works. Is it like Atlanta, where you leave your luggage to the airport people once you have done customs? Thank you!
You will have to claim your bags to bring them through US Customs and re-check it right after, but 4 hours is plenty of time.
Thanks! If I fly through Calgary (and not via Seattle) will 3.5 hours be enough as well?
Yes, that would also be enough time.
Could you share what the 'minimum' layover time needs to be arriving American from PHX and departing Alaska to KTN with check bags. i.e. would 90 minutes be enough? or?
Thank you
90 minutes would leave no time to spare with checked bags. I would want closer to 2 hours.
Many Thanks
Flying from Calgary to Chicago with a stop in Seattle. Will a 60min layover be enough time in Seattle? Not checking any bags
You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary. If both flights are on the same reservation that should be enough time.
We are travelling from Edmonton, AB, Canada to San Francisco via Seattle on Compass/Delta Connection and SkyWest Delta Connection. We go through U.S. Pre-Clearance in Edmonton. Do we need to pick up our luggage in Seattle and go through security again or is it checked straight through to San Francisco?
All you have to do in Seattle is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. Your bags will be transferred for you.
We will be arriving from DFW on American Airlines. We will pick up our baggage and need to go to Delta Airlines to check in to fly to ANC. What is our best way to do this?
You just go to the main terminal and to the AA baggage claim, claim your bags, bring them up the departure level and check them with Delta, then go through security and to your departure gate.
