Will be flying in at 9:55 PM and departing at 6 AM. Will this airport be open between these flights? Will it have secure lockers where I can leave my bag until next flight? Are there food services during those hours?

Sloulin Airport in North Dakota is a small Airport. Even though it is mostly a general aviation airport, scheduled passenger service is provided by Great Lakes Aviation (a code-share partner with Frontier & United airlines) to Chadron, NE, Dickinson, ND, Gillette, WY & Sheridan, WY. If your checked bags will have all 3 airport codes on their tags, they will be forwarded to your connecting flight at 6AM. In general small airports close with the last flight and open shortly before the first flight out.
