I get into Concourse A (A2A) at 9:15pm and leave from Concourse C at 10:09. Do I have enough time? And how do I get from Concourse A to Concourse C?
You use the AeroTrain. You should have enough time.
I arrive at 9:04 AM from Atlanta and need to catch an Emirates flight to Dubai leaving at 10:30 AM will I make it and do I have to go through TSA? Thanks
If the flights are on two separate reservations you will have to claim your bags, re-check them with Emirates and go through security. That is not enough time. What airline are you flying on the first flight?
I'll be flying United on the first flight
It looks like I get into gate d8 and leave from a3e but I don't see that gate listed on airport maps on united app. I have 50 minutes. Are there signs to point me to busses to take me to other gate and will I make it?
Yes, there are signs. You should have enough time if the first flight is on-time.
I am coming from Atlanta to Washington then need to go to international to go to frankfurt
If both flights are on the same reservation you just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. Do you have any other questions?
I have same flight. Is there any security inspection between the gates?
Hi. I have a layover with only an hour layover. I arrive at 11:30 and the next flight is at 12:30 but all with the same airline, United Airlines. Will I be able to make it?
Where are you coming from and going to?
Orlando to IAD
and then IAD to LAX
You just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both on the C/D concourse. You have enough time.
Hello, I will fly from SFO to YYZ with United Airline but there is a layover at IAD with only 1 hour 46 mins. I am Canadian, so do I need to clear customs first or can I go straight to my departure gate for my connecting flight? If I can go directly to the departure gate, will there be enough time to walk over? Thank you.
There is no US Customs when leaving the US. You just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You should have plenty of time.
thank you ZAP :)
I have a lay over of 45 minutes. Looks like on previous flights, the Toronto Flight comes to D and IAD to RIC is A.

Is that enough time?
It's possible but doesn't leave much time to spare. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto.
I'm thinking of booking a flight from New York to Savannah, Georgia. There is one stop with only a 35-minute connection at the Washington Dulles Airport (first flight gets in at 11:50am, second flight departs at 12:25pm). How large is this airport? Do you think this will be enough time?
The airport is not that large, but such a short connection time doesn't leave any time to spare if the flight from New York is delayed.
We wil be arriving at Dulles on a United flight from Portland, Then flying from there to Rome, also on United. Will we need to change terminals?
Washington Dulles only has one Terminal. Both flights will be on the C/D Concourse. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Thanks so much! You put my mind at ease
So my flight lands at 14.55 and my next flight is at 17.25. I bought my flights separately and I'm afraid I wont make the second one, if the customs process is really slow. Is 2,5hours too little layover time for a non-citizen traveler?
That should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
