Online check-in & baggage payment Contact Aeromexico if online check-in of bags is available. Check-in time prior to scheduled departures: International flights 3hrs; within Mexico (with boarding pass & onboard bag only) 30mins, with bags to check 60 mins. Those without boarding pass may use kiosk or checkin counter one hr, while those departing from Mexico City, Cancun, Guadalajara, Monterrey & Tijuana 90mins, prior to departure.
Carry-on Baggage Rules & Fees Allowed are a carry-on bag & one personal item (handbag, briefcase or laptop computer bag): The Carry-on Bag must be under 45 linear inches/114cm (height+width+depth), under 22lb/10kg, and must fit under seat in front of you, or in the overhead bin. Check-in desks provide measuring facilities. Musical instruments under 45 inches are accepted as carry-on baggage. Optional: purchase of separate seat or check-in for an oversized music instrument. For infants a collapsible stroller, bassinet or baby carrier, up to 44lg/20kg, of 45in/1.15m in dimension, is free.
Checked Baggage Rules & Fees While economy domestic flights allow up to 55lb, international flights to/from the US, Central America & Peru are restricted to 50 lb; flights to/fr. Europe, Asia, South America to 70 lb; and flights to/fr. Brazil to 44 lb. All destinatons, except to Brazil, require bags of more than 62 linear inches. A collapsible stroller under 44 lb is free.
