If you lost an item at the airline counter of MEX Airport, at the gate area or onboard your airplane, or if your bag has been damaged or is missing - contact your airline directly.

If you lost an item in Terminal 1 of Juarez Airport, either go to Office number 102 during business hours, or call 2482-2289 - or e-mail objetosolvidados@aicm.com.mx;

If you lost an item in Terminal 2 of Juarez Airport, either go to the Lost & Found office on the ground level in the banking area, or call 2598-7169, or e-mail aherrerah@aicm.com.mx.
You can also walk to Office 3 on level 2, international gate D, and talk to one of the officers there.

If you lost an item in a taxi, call either 2482-2299 or 2482-2300
