 Change Airport

The Visitor Reception Center of YYC Airport is staffed by its White Hat Volunteers.

Information Kiosks are available throughout the Calgary International Airport and staffed by White Hat Volunteers, are to serve as greeting or information stations for arriving VIP’s, organizations and groups. The Kiosks are placed in four main arrival areas to ensure high visibility and easy access for arriving passengers.
The important role of the Volunteers extends to the world-famous White Hat Welcome Ceremony at the Airport, assisting with convention delegates and VIP’s, transporting people in the Club Car, answering questions at the different Kiosk locations and being Hosts in the Visitor Reception Center.

For events and attractions in Calgary please visit our information booth located on the first level. There you will find information on some of these following events and attractions:

OTHER SERVICES:

Coat and Luggage storage is available at the Information Booth on the arrivals level, across from carousel #4.
Open Mo-Su 6am-11pm; Fee: CA $1 - $5 per item, per day.

For articles lost on the airplane contact your airline.
Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.
Smoking is not allowed at YYC Airport.
