Airport Ambassadors
For personal assistance at CVG, look for our Airport Ambassadors in the Terminal 3 baggage claim area and in the center courtyard of Concourse B. They also work at information booths in Concourses A and C.
International travelers find CVG Airport particularly easy to navigate because it is the only airport where ambassadors assist passengers in customs and immigration.

Getting Around CVG Airport:
CVG is one of the easiest airports to navigate thanks to its modern design and lack of congestion. In most cases, 30 minutes is more than adequate time to connect. However, passengers connecting from international flights will need more time.
Underground trains and shuttles run between concourses approximately every 90 seconds. Transit times are generally two minutes or less.

ARRIVING/DEPARTING TRAVELERS AT CVG AIRPORT:

The international facility is conveniently located in Terminal 3 Baggage level across from Delta Baggage Service Room, just 10 minutes from any connecting gate. Travelers find CVG especially easy to navigate because CVG is the only airport where ambassadors assist passengers inside customs and immigration.

1. RESTROOMS -Look for restrooms conveniently located just inside the airport after leaving your plane.
2. IMMIGRATION - Be ready to present your passport and completed arrival forms. If you do not have forms, they are available before getting in line.
3. BAGGAGE RETRIEVAL - Retrieve all baggage from the carousels and take it to customs for inspection. Oversized bags can be retrieved from the window opposite Carousel One.
4. CUSTOMS/AGRICULTURE - Be ready to present your passport and customs forms. Declare all currency in excess of U.S. $10,000 and all merchandise intended for resale or business purposes. You must also declare any fruits, vegetables, meats, plants, seeds, live animals and any other plant or animal products. You will either be cleared to leave or directed to undergo further inspection.
5. BAGGAGE RECHECK - Recheck your baggage here (except carry-on luggage) so that it can be loaded onto your connecting flight, or sent to baggage claim if Cincinnati is your destination.
6. SECURITY CHECK - A security recheck is necessary because passengers are still in a secure area and have had access to their bags. Connecting passengers do not have to pass through any additional security beyond this point.
7. FLIGHT INFORMATION - Flight information listing your departure gate is available outside the inspection facility.
8. TO "B" GATES - All "B" Gates are located immediately above you in Concourse B. Take the escalator up.
9. TO "C" GATES - To reach all "C" Gates, follow the hallway and board the shuttle to Comair, the Delta Connection carrier, located in Concourse C.
10. TO "A" GATES AND TERMINAL - To reach all "A" Gates, take the down escalator and ride the train to the first stop. From the train, take the escalator up to Concourse A. If Cincinnati is your destination, ride the train to the second stop, where you will find Terminal 3 and baggage claim.
