Cologne / Bonn Airport has two passenger terminals - T1 with Concourses B & C, and T2 with Concourse D.  A railway station can be accessed from both terminals

Terminal 1 has three levels: Level 1 is the Arrivals level which surrounds carpark 1. It includes the baggage claim, information counter, banking and tourist services, and a conntor to the Mezzanine level.  Level 2 is the Departures level  with ticket counters, various services and access to the B & C gates at their star-shaped concourses. It serves currently Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and GermanWings.

Terminal 2 has two levels: Level 1 is the Arrivals level which also houses the rental cars (rental car returns are in carpark 2 across from the terminal),  and level 2 the Departures level.
